| We welcome your order with us! To
insure the fastest service, we recommend that you fax your order to us
on our secure fax line. You may also send your order via physical
mail using the address below. For wholesale orders, pricing, and information,

kimhalvorson@comcast.net. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Express Mail within 48 hours of receipt. The charge for USPS Express shipping is $3.95 per order, no matter how many patterns you order! Washington State residents are also required to add 8.2% sales tax to their order (patterns only--there is no tax on shipping). To prepare your order, click this order form link and print the order form with the Print command on your browser's File menu (choose Portrait orientation). Then write on the order form to indicate the patterns, quantity, sales tax (if applicable), credit card information, and the total price of your order.
